Background
Mike is a facilitator and coach who takes a strengths - based approach to learning, drawing on positive psychology to help clients learn from their successes and what they do best; helping them gain insight, clarity and confidence into who they are and the unique contribution they make as leaders. He has twenty-five years’ experience working in professional services (PwC, PA Consulting, Mercer) and the public sector (NHS, Youth Justice System and London Transport) with first line, middle and senior management. Mike has extensive experience of working across different cultures:  UK, Europe, US, Middle East, Australia and China. In his most recent role, he was responsible for leadership development and coaching of high potential directors in PwC UK.

Facilitation and coaching experience
An experienced facilitator and development coach, Mike works with organisational leaders and private clients who are experiencing opportunities and challenges in four primary areas: career transition, leadership development, developing high performing teams and building client relationships.

Credentials
Mike has an MSc in Business Psychology and a foundation certificate in transpersonal psychotherapy. He is about to be accredited as a Senior Practitioner coach with the EMCC and Middlesex University through the I Coach Academy. Mike is qualified to use a number of best practice psychometric questionnaires, tests and 360 feedback survey tools such as MBTI, NEO and the Leadership Circle Profile 360

Developing and leading an experiential trusted adviser development programme at PwC endorsed by London Business School; coaching high potential Senior Managers on PwC’s award winning global leadership development programme Genesis Park; designing and facilitating value based leadership development programme in NHS; leading a large scale team coaching programme, using appreciative inquiry, to turn round underperforming teams in NHS.
