“ I am motivated by a passion to help people step out of the relentless ‘reactiveness’ of work and have the time and space to reflect on their situations and make intelligent choices.  In my coaching and facilitation approach I seek to create that space for people to gain deeper insights into what is important, engage with their values in making their decisions and then lead with renewed energy and focus.”
