Guy began his career in the army, where as Battalion Training Officer he developed several new ‘potential leader’ initiatives. He then spent 10 years in HRD within the Pharmaceutical Industry occupying HR Director roles for Johnson & Johnson and Ares Serono. This involved substantial experience in leading & supporting large scale organisational change, and significant input into refreshing leadership development.

Guy has over 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders 1:1, with leadership teams, and in the context of phased interventions with the leadership community of organisations aiming to bring about cultural change. He has designed & delivered programmes with a wide range of corporate, Not for Profit and private clients in the UK, and cross culturally in Europe, Africa & Latin America.
