Waverley Learning began in 2000 out of a vision to help people find a unique space to learn - about themselves, their worlds, their people – combining reflection and contemplation, with pragmatism and purpose.

Based in Waverley Abbey House in Farnham, Surrey, in the grounds of an ancient Cistercian monestery, we set out to provide opportunities for people from all levels in organisations to experience the power of pausing to listen and engage before moving on to act.

Since then we have worked with hundreds of groups from organisations as diverse as PwC, McLaren Racing, Britvic plc, Pret A Manger, BOC, Magnox, SES, Syngenta, The Salvation Army, The NHS, Southern Water, CRUK, A T Kearney, SAGA and many more. The range of sectors we work with shows how widely relevant and appreciated our approach is.

Our values and the principles that underpin the way we work remain unchanged over the years, and we know that it makes a real difference to individuals and organisations.

Our network of high calibre, experienced consultants enables to respond quickly and at scale to large, international projects. Yet, because we do not have a large infrastructure to feed, we can offer real value for money compared to most of the large consultancies. Nor do we rely on lots of junior people to carry out our work. This means you can be assured of highly skilled people to work with you. And if we can’t help you ourselves, we will say so. If we know people who can do it better than us, we will gladly put you in contact with them.

"Many thanks for your excellent support and facilitation. You have a great skill and I know we wouldn't be at the strong position to move forward we are now, without you."
